removing firebird wiper arms?

removing firebird wiper arms?
on the passenger side wiper arm i have no idea how to get it off any tips? the reason is to paint in front of the windshield

I taught myself at the junkyard today,where the arm connects to the motor there should be a metal tab.Get a flathead and open the tab and pry it off very carefully
