no.
the only diff is the RS has 2 holes on each side to mount the spoiler.
the later Z28s have no holes there since they have the wing.
if you just weld the holes closed, its no problem.
edit:
decklid is the same deal.. you have spoiler holes on a RS, and wing holes on a Z.... other then that, its identical.

On all 82-92 Camaro's the rear quarterpanels were the same. The only difference were gfx and spolier hole locations.
The 82-86 and 91-92 three piece spoilers were the same.
The 87-90 spoiler with the 3rd brake light were larger so they had slightly different hole locations on the deck lid and quarterpanels.
The side pieces have 3 studs, 2 on the side of the quarterpanel and 1 on top right next to the weather stripping gutter.
Just like MrDude_1 said you'll have to have the holes welded closed on the quarterpanel skins and the decklid. Or you can swap out an entire hatch or swap out the decklids and retain your original hatch glass. Its more time consuming than just swaping out a complete hatch but the bright side is that you will be able to reseal the decklid to hatch glass cauking.
