Weatherstrip repair?

The weatherstripping around my driver side window is fine except for one little spot at the top left and its leaking like crazy. DOes anyone have a way to fix it without replacing the whole thing. I'm thinking some kind of flexible glue ?

any thoughts?

Just out of my own experience, weatherstripping adhesive doesn't work too well as a filler... it works best when sealed between two surfaces (weatherstrip and body of car, for example). The strip caulk is made to bridge gaps and fill holes.

It also works great to keep those door jamb vents from rattling.

caulk

really ive done this with my dad an most of our cars and if you just tape off the window and put some caulk down(any exterior caulk will most likley due) and spread it along the crack ed weatherstripping and basicly rebuild the weatherstriping with the caulk.
