Progess...kinda

Well heres some pictures of the beast....progress is slow I get to work on it for but 3 hours a week..school sucks, but im getting paid to go and i get to work on my car so heres some pics.

http://www.cardomain.com/id/slowcamaro

I have since strippped the front fenders and rear decklid. thursday i plan on sandblasting the rust off the decklid and stripping the rear quarters...3 hours isnt much time though.

Also I'll be replace the front cover as it is warped in the headlight pocket area, and im going to be getting a flat hood(35 bucks)! I hit bondo when stripping the iroc hood that was on it. and the new flat hood will give me room to do black heritage stripes

any input? suggestions?

I dont know if they'll make me a stock flat CF hood. I know they already make a 2inch cowl in Fiberglass so i could probably talk them into making a CF 2 inch cowl... And if i did the cowl i dont know if id want the stripes.

Yeah..i want some to find some 85-92 gfx..im going to customize them a bit and make them flat all the way across instead of angling in the center.

most of this wont happy until spring. i have no garage and body work sucks in the cold.

Did you guys use body filler where the hood louvers were??? Or is it a new hood?
Looks good either way!

I got a good deal on the flat hood. Less work for me. Plus louvers wouldnt work if i do stripes

Lookin good!!!
It's always good to see that people take the time to redo these cars. Some of those B4 shots looked pretty bad. You really did a good job. Throw a little paint at that deck lid (or build the CF one), lay down some stripes and you are good to go....
Ground effects would be good too, and if you get them, 85-92 front bumper cover, IMO....

I wish mine would get done sometime
