Car: 89 GTA (88 Firebird V6 to V8 conversion RIP)
Engine: 305

Viper blue on a 3rd gen looks awesome... I planned on painting my Firebird Viper blue... as for my GTA, I haven't decided whether it will be Viper blue or the stock bright red...
But Viper blue would look awesome! Go for it!

lol funny how everyone will like a viper color on a thirdgen, but if your bring up a ford color its the devil.
anyways, slammedz does the color stock on vipers change like that or did you have it mixed yourself?

I agree with slammedz..."it can go anywhere from a purpley blue to a pretty light electric blue"..mine is the stock formulation for the viper from PPG..and it reacts the same way.I like it best at night under street lights. The car has that purply look to it and the stripes on mine anyway look blue from the pearl in them. But I'll soon be leaving the Viper paint camp (a lil tired of it after 7 years)....restomod about to go into full swing.
