Early or late SC nose?

Just out of curiousity, do you have any preference between the 82-84 SC/Berlinetta nose vs the later 85-87 nose...

Personally, I like the early nose. Not sure why, but it has a nicer, more 3D look, as opposed to being flatter like on the later ones.

....just curious....

i think the later nose is less dated.

when i finaly manage to get my hands on a 4 banger camaro, i'd prefer the early nose on that, but mainly as a contrast to the later nose on my 86 sport coupe ( the 4 cyl will be as well as, not selling the V8!!)

I think the 82-84 noses do date the car, but there's something about them that I like. The 85+ ones are too flat, devoid of character IMHO.

When I painted my car 2 years ago, i had the option to change to an 84 z28 nose. At the time I thought the slotted sc nose looked better...

I have regretted leaving the sc nose on ever since

If i had to choose I would say later, only becuase the 3 slots in the nose section are much smaller.

I like the early one. More angular, less rounded look. Plus, my first Camaro was an '82 SC so I'm kinda bias!

I would take the later one, but I am biased, cause I had a later one. The older one just looks kinda.....old.
