Stupid Dodge corperation!!!!!
Ok my car was at the mechanic today and the stupid Dodge parts truck guy backed into it and scraped up inside the headlight bucket So they said they would fix it and repaint the front end(was all chiped up anyway ) But the problem is my color is slightly off from the factory color so i am worried when they paint it it won't match, would a body shop be able to mix and match or what?????

they should be able to put a scanner up to it, and find the correct color to use, it'll take into account sun fading, etc. That way the color will be "diluted" enough that you shouldn't notice much difference in color. If it's a dealer body shop, they'll definately have the equipment to do this.

just be sure and let them know that it's not the exact factory color, otherwise they might overlook it and go by the paint code.

hey i know u were playin but its hard not to scrape the ground effects when going down driveways , and when i was on a ski trip sumone must have hit it with a ski or something and chipped about a square inch of paint off!!! I think the guy who painted it was not the sharpest tool in the shed (even though my mechanic recomended me to him) because i have alot of chips in it, i dont think he used the proper method, but it does have a nice mirror look going!!
