Dyed my console this weekend

Dyed my console this weekend

Pulled the console,lid and radio pod from my Formula this weekend and dyed them black to match the rest of my black interior. All Ican say is GM should have done them in black instead of grey. It looks awesome.

SEM brand spray dyes. This is the same stuff professional shops use. I got it from my local auto paint supplier. Costs about $14 per can but it works. Make sure to use the prep or you'll be redoing it.

It actually works very well on plastic. I've got a set of Q form kick panels and a hatch trim panel that have been black for almost three years now that started life grey.
