Guage Cluster Numbers?

I stoppped and talked to a parts guy the other day about a new cluster for my 90 rs. He asked me what the number where on my org cluster. Since i didn't have a clue what he was talking about he gave me two numbers to look for. Well the other day I got bored and decided to pull the cluster and look for the numbers. Well i matched a set up! My question is What could the other set of numbers mean? A 140 mph cluster? for $75 i think i would rather get the 140 speedo! I told the guy it was a 90 rs with a v-8 so i dont think it could be the v-6 one, but maybe!
Anyone got any ideas?
thanks
ivon
