Looking for post on painting fiberglass and prepping

There was an article stickied on here a while back on prepping and painting fiberglass hoods and other parts....anyone know where it went? I tried a search with no luck.

yeah i just looked for it in the tech articles, didnt find it either, i'll do a search.
