Hatch glass not lining up correctly.

I'm trying to get all the small things on this '88 looking/working correctly. I've been trying to get the hatch to line up correctly. The 3 piece spoiler is sticking about a 1/2" out from the car, so apparently the hatch is misaligned. How do I fix this?

Thanks,

-P
