Hawks door panels

I have tried to get with them but they havnt responded. Anyone here have problems with their door panels? What all come with their kits? Both the upper black plastic trim as well as the carboard backing is all f-ed up.

BTW, those who repair their panels - HOW? Does the plastic piece even come apart from the carboard without actually breaking the damn thing?

Nm figured it out. Fastners similar to the door handles. Crappy design. 160 bucks for upper USED trim, gimmie a break.
