catback won't be a problem, however the headers and y-pipe have different routing.

I went ahead and ordered a set that have the 3rd gen style "Z28" embroidered in them. Black in color with silver Z28

Where'd you get them from? I ordered mine from Classic Industries and I couldn't be happier with the quality. I got the black mats with wine Z28.

I saw those too, and I was going to order order from them...but I found a place that was a bit cheaper. Here is where I got mine:

they have all kinds of embroidery and colors...not a bad deal

Not true! I tried putting my dad's floor mats from a 2002 Camaro SS in my 89 and the passenger side doesnt fit all that well due to the hump in the floor. But if you aren't going for PERFECT, it would probably work for you.

I have 02 floor mats in my 90 And they fit perfect. If you buy replacement mats for a 3rd gen from GM you get 4th gen mats!So

yes with minor modification. When my I put SLP loadmouth's on my friends 2001 ws6, i took his old exhaust (cat-back) and welded it up to mine.
