What is easiest and cleanest paint removal?

Ok I am working on sanding down my car still...havent even gotten a quater panel done yet...im using i think it is 100 grit paper and a sander to strip the paint off and its not comming off...I have also been using Acetone to aide in teh removal but have yet to yeild good results, I used that aerosol paint stripper stuff and it caused the paint to flake off in a billion little flakes which were a pain to even mildly clean up....so my question is:

what is the easiest and cleanest way to remove auto paint?

HAHA! Absolutely brilliant... I could only imagine the scared look on one of the worker's faces when your car goes in fully painted, and comes out with a quarter panel's paint completely off....

I know I woulda freaked

Should've taken before and after pictures and demanded they pay for your new paint job.
