Is getting the headliner already covered not an option for you? I just got mine already covered so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Hey, I just noticed you're from Holland. Where did you get your subframe connectors welded in at or did you do the work yourself? I'm looking for a place to get some welded at but I don't want to have just anyone to do it.

i had a guy i used to work with do it. he did a decent job, but nothing spectacular. if youre in holland, go to jeanette automotive on chicago drive. i worked with the owner a lil while back. he knows me well and they do great work with welding there. one of the guys is a master certified welder. IM me if you want his number and stuff.

getting ready to tackle that myself. so long as your board is correct, assuming you have a headliner board or will get one since your removing the plastic one the rest is up to you. i'm using suede on mine.

Hancock fabrics sells the headliner material in various colors with the foam backing already attached. So do a lot of fabric places.
Did mine a few years ago on a '78 Camaro. Worked fine.
