body damage, and paint chipping, pics!
Since I cant figure out for the life of me how to link the pictures through the photo album, I will just link you to the pictures themselves.
This dent was there when I bought the car.
This is what happened when I tried jacking the car, and found out that wasnt the jacking spot
This is another picture of when I jacked the car in the wrong spot.
This is the paint on the nose, it is all cracking, and came like that when I bought the car, from old age and always being in the sun I supposed? It is also by the headlights, mostly all of the cracking paint is on the front of the car
This is my hood, note the paint chips. It seems that they are about all over the driver side of the car only. And also seems to be mostly the clear-coat. Here is another picture of paint chipping on the driver's side.
I have never done painting, or body work before, but I am very eager to learn! If anyone has advice on how to fix that oopsididdle, and the dent I would be MUCH obliged!
The paint I am guessing I will have to sand off the clear coat around the chips, and for simplicity, just spray clear coats thinly, maybe 4 or 5 coats to make it even with the coats around it?
EDIT: Fixed links

are the links workin for anyone? Works fine for me, might be b/c I'm the user of the site and automatically log-in to view it.
Where might be a good place to find info on fixing out a dent about 3 inchs in diameter? That's what I'm worried the most about

Ok, today I took a adjustable wrench and tried to pry the metal part where it bent when I was jacking up the car, but I couldnt for the life of me get it to move the metal. I was trying to move the metal towards the middle of the car. Any links to a good article on how to fix this? I am really frusterated and spent the last hour trying to fix this lol

Sides of the car look for what looks like a frame rail.

if you can get it under the middle of the acle jack it up there then put jack stands under it on both sides then let down the jack.
I never go under a car without jack stands, i dont trust jacks. Last thing I want is any car especially one low to the ground like our f-bodys to crush me.
