Car: 1989 FIREBIRD FORMULA WS6
Engine: TPI 305
Transmission: T-5
5 point harnesses????
Has any one put a 5 point harness into there car with factory seats or with factory 4th gen seats? Any info or help would be great.

You can but it wont be right unless you install a roll bar of sort. They must be installed right or you will hurt your self in a crash. I am not 100% sure how but know that most people do it wrong. If you run the over top of the seat and down to the floor you can get a bad compression injury in your back. They need bolted solid right behind your shoulders.

4 points wont work either you would still need holes. 4 points means no sub strap. just cut some holes in the seats and your all good. also you can attach the belts to rear seats under the back cushion above the seat section. cant use the rear seats so i dont know if its worth it to u
