APC Sport Seats

Does anyone have these in their car? I am really looking into getting them, and I want to know if they are an easy install?

I saw the seats at a trade show in February and was not impressed. They are Chinese-made knock-offs with very poor padding, terrible stitchwork, flimsy materials, and weak bracketry.
Mounting seats in a 3rd gen F-body is difficult without exact-application mounting brackets The mounting bolts are at 2 different heights and the rear bolts are 1.7" off-center!!

I went to a junkyard a few days ago with one of my buddies, and I saw what was left of an IROC-Z camaro that was in a roll-over. It was a damn shame, because there was not a spec of rust on it anywhere, the interior was brand new looking, and the 5.7L had 22,000 miles on it. After I was done wiping my tears I asked the junkyard owner if he was willing to part it out. He said that he can't do anything untill he gets the paperwork signed by the guy that owned it, so its not his. He gave me his card, and Im gonna call him every week untill I hear whats up. I would like to take a bunch of stuff off that car! Seats, Interior, Grill/foglights, and possibly Engine and accessories. Not sure yet about the engine, but I want to see what kind of price he's gonna give me.

YOu honestly better off doing that if you get the paperwork. IT saves $$$$$$ and busting a$$. It will be much easier and have better results then puttin stupid Race Seats. Good Find

Remember you can't spell crap without APC! Seriously I've never seen APC make anything but cheap garbage that's usually bought and installed in imports. I've never been impressed with any of their products.

i have an APC steering wheel in my car, I have to say, after just over a year, it is still in near perfect condition, the closest thing to a flaw with it is that the center has gone ever so slightly off colour (you have to look for it to notice it)

Someone mentioned once that APC wheels were made by Grant, and from the quality it seems likely. I saw a wheel of a similar design by Momo, and it looked horrible, and was coming apart in the packet!

oh, and go 4th gen leather for the seats!
