Maybe you could graft a bed into the back of it and make the worlds first ever, thirgen-Camper!!!
Then, all you need is a gas kitchen, shower, gas heater, wooden flooring, a high-rise tent ofsomekind, pans, pots, ventilation, bunkbeds for the kids, table, curtains, moskito nets, porta-potty, bed converting to sofa, and then you'll get the only 13 second camper in the world! Haha

But it doesn't have a bed inside it, or what?
I've seen those before, especially the vette ones, not sure what to make of them though.. don't know if I like them or not, what do you guys feel about them?
Damn that brown one looks stupid... what the hell was he on? If he needed more luggagespace, there are some easier ways to achive that.

Althoug i wouldn't spend money on one I can see the usefulness of it. It looks ok, and it is a trans am, but actually has useable space inside it for groceries or someone in the back seat.

I think the hurst looks awesome. It seems that GM had an infatuation with the wagon thing for a while. I oculd live without seeing the 2nd and 3rd gen versions though.
You want to see another hacked up thirdgen, check out this one.
And ***** wrinkle, quit posting these stupid threads

In my country they actually sold alot of camaros in the late eighties as pickups. They werent lengthened or anything, they removed the rear seat, remoeved the hatch, and welded in a steel bed in that compartment. Inside the car had a rear window just after the front seats. Most mounted a louvered plastic thing over it so it looked like an ordinary camaro.
They did this because then they could sell them as trucks, which made them less than half the price because of all the taxes. I think most of them is converted back to coupes now though, They even did this with alot of porsches, 944 and 928's.
Since then they have made a law about minimum cargo space in trucks to avoid this.

Truck F-bodies.... insane.... if you Scandinavian guys (particularly Norway/Sweden)didnt have such awesome black/death metal.... you'd probably be ranked up there with the Canuk's ... j/k
.. maybe not that bad, but still....
Any pics of the truck fbodies? Interesting to see what they looked like. Were they sold at cert. GM dealerships and/or advertised like that in commercials/ads?

No, I don't have any pic's. Perhaps I'll spot one over the summer, there's a big amcar meet here on the 4 july, maybe one will show. I don't think they were sold by gm, but I really don't know, they did sell alot of them though.
It's a similar situation now, Big Audi A6 wagons with 4,2 V8's selling as vans (2 seater) for the same as a 1,6 mazda. Those are the really fast cars on the road now, think they got some 346 hp or something.
Actually there are quite a few of us Norwegians in the US, in comparison to the relatively small populated country Norway is, almost half of our country, 1,2 million had emigrated to the US by 1920. So those of you who are "whities" may very well have Norwegian heritage.
At least we now are a very rich country.. lol.. the goverment have an "oil-thrust-fund", money from the state's oil company, grossing $30 000 pr. citizen(4,5 mill) Too bad I cant take that out in cheap gas, it still cost's $5,4 a gallon...lol

As for the other "wagons", the third gen one actually looks decent, the other 2 look really forced, incongruous. But, that's just my opinion
