Roll up cargo cover.
I've seen this asked before but never answered. After doing a search and reading two pages of results with no answers.
Is there any way to add tension to the roll up cargo cover? I know 91-92 got the cloth material one so thats what I bought and it's not all that great. It rolls up like it's suppose to but barely.
I've read that you cant take them apart or do much with them but I know this is not true. I just swapped the material from the one I bought with the vinyl material from another one and it wasn't that bad of a job.It just doesn't have much tension to it and I got a 91-92 style thinking it would have more tension because since they havent made them in a while I should get one from a late third gen insted of a early one because it would be newer and the springs would not be as likely to be worn out.
Anyways does anybody know if you can pre load the springs on these to give them more pull?
