Body Work?

First off, I'm new around here so saying hey, i've been reading the forums for a couple weeks now and have found alot of very useful information that i've been able to put to use.

But anyways this is my first attempt at any kind of body work. The paint of the car in the first pic is how it was when I got it. I wrecked into a speed limit sign, went thru the nose, hit the hood and then off the side ripping the fender off.

I wanted to paint it hugger orange, but just to get it a paint job ill prolly go with black until I get everything done with the car. This is my first f-body, and the guy that had it before me wanted to "hot-rod" it, so he unhooked this and that, and took this and that out, and not it's kindly a mess.

Looks good. I would take the headlight bezels off and spray them with some rustoleum black though, looks like you got a lot of primer on them.

Yeah, I didnt take my time like I should have so I've got to touch up alot of different things.

Also I could use some opinions on ground effects and hood.

I found some 91-92 gfx at a junk yard, great condition. The guy wants 150 for them. Is that a reasonable price?

And I found a hood I like, but I'm kinda iffy about putting a cowl hood on it seeing's how it's only a 305 TBI.

if its a complete set of gfx then 150 isn't that bad of a price, as far as hoods go a cowl is nice just don't go over 2" with a 305 in it

Nah, it's 150 just for the sides.

Also, the hood is 2" so thats cool then.
