lower door sag

my driver door has started to sag. I checked it out and it looks like the plastic o-ring shaped bushing has broken apart on the lower door pin. How can I fix this? Do I have to take the door off?

It is pretty noticable when you rock the door you see it move. Any advice would be appreciated. I did a search but everything looks like for top hinge door sag issues.

thanks
