Cover that goes around steering column
I don't know if this is stock but I think its. How do you get the cover off that surrounds the steering column? (Has a hole for the ignition switch on one side and one for the blinker switch, tile, etc on the other side) It has the 4 little pin looking items that hold one side of it to the other and I have no clue how to pull them out. When my car was broken into they messed up the ignition switch pretty bad. (hack job, they had no clue what they were doing plus if they did get it started the tranny was blown
)
Thanks, Bobby.

If i remeber correctly i think it was a security device available years ago (i remember back 10-15 years ago i thought about getting one for my then 83 T/A) called a steering column collar so that a hoodlum couldn't punch the column to start and steal the car.
