Gauge pod swap

I've got a base model 1986 Firebird. The only option it came with from the factory was power windows. On sunday april 25th, with the help of some friends, Im swapping out my blown engine and putting in a L98 from a 87 GTA. Im not keeping the TPI setup, we're gonna put my carb and Edlebrock intake on. Anyway the GTA has a digital dash in perfect working order. I want to swap my gauge cluster out and put in the digital one from the GTA. The only gauges my car has are: the fuel, 85 MPH speedo, and the dummie lights. Will this be a direct swap? I know ive got to get the probes or whatever their called for the oil pressure and tach and all the extra features my car didnt came equiped with. Any advice?
