Anyone come up with a cheaper temporary fix for upper door hinges?

My driver side upper door hinge bushing is sagging and door hits the lower part of the door opening when i close it. The door isnt in the best shape (it was a bad junkyard door that a previous owner put on because of an accident to the original door) and i dont want to spend the 60 bucks to get the repair kit for the door that'll be coming off as soon as i find a better door. im just looking for a temporary/cheaper fix so the door doesnt sag as much. has anyone been able to come up with anything? been trying to hatch up an idea but havent thought of anything yet.

if you replace the bottom pin 15-20 bucks it should hold it from hitting for a while. You could tweak the hinge also for a temp. fix.

bottom pin is showing no wear, all the slack is coming from the top hinge.

unless its been replaced the bottom pin is always worse than the top. The pin may be good but if the bushing is what wears down.

never tried this on a fbody but you could put a small spacer inbetween the bottom hinge and door jam, there just isn't a easy cheap way to do it.
