Power Seat Question
I have been thinking about buying some 4th gen leather seats well they are all power seats my Z28 has manual seats. What would have to be done to make them work if I get them? Do I need to get a power seat harness form a wrecked car? And I have blue interior do you think black 4th gen seats with blue carpet/headliner/door panels will look ok?
Couple of pictures of my current interior

Black will look good.
For the power the best thing is to get the pigtail (wireing harness on the car side). This way when you take the seats out for something you can just unplug the harness. If you can't get the harrness you can do like I did buy a couple of mini 6 wire trailer harnnesses and use them. But to get the power seats working you need a hot wire and ground, I just taped into my power windows circuit, which works fine unless you adjust the seat and windows at the same time then it slows the windows down.
