Did I make a mistake?
I own a 90 Camaro IROCZ, a 90 Camaro RS and an 89 Firebird GTA. I just bought my IROC for 1500$, but its front left quarterpanel and front bumper are dented to all heck. They took a nasty hit from some stupid women in a parking lot, who bolted and left me high and dry. There goes the 2500$ paint job I just recently purchased replacement parts from a girl parting her 89 Camaro RS. Now I talked to the boys over at up22.com and they say the RS and Z28 Bumpers are slightly different. Are they. They wouldnt really tell me how, do they barely measure up exactly or what? I was expecting all bumpers between 87-90 to be the same for whatever model, Im wrong?
Second note: Im selling the 90 RS, is 4500$ a good price for a Camaro that is practically new with new paint, unharmed interior, a tranny rework, engine rebuild and fuel system rebuild? Only thing funny with her is a sound she makes when starting her up, sounds like a wierd after activation of the starter or the starter just not turning off for an extra 3 seconds. Oh and when ever I take off hard(RPM's 1500-2000) from 1st gear it feels like the differential or tranny thuds semi hard. But with a tranny filter change and tuneup, I dont know whats up? I guess its the BFG 295's strapped to the back or could the differential be going bad? I do get a whine from the rear aswell.

clunk on accelleration...
I had the same clunk in my car, and chased it down to the trans mount/torque arm mount. (I replaced both and the noise when away) I think it was the trans mount, but I can't be sure. Check it on your car and see if it is loose or falling apart.

Thanks Ill check that out.
The RS is a V8 305 TBI. Ive put a lot of money into rebuilding the engine, and it looks brand new. I even replaced the trunk pull down and redid the suspension, shocks springs, but since Ive picked up the IROC, All my money is going to it. I would say the RS runs high 15's. I recently barely beat a tuned Honda Civic that runs mid 15's. It was next to a joke when I got the IROC 5.7 and took out that same Honda by 10 car lengthsand his friends, a CRX with a B18 and Hatchback with a B16. The CRX I beat by about 3 car lengths, he held tighter than anyone else, but still lost

yes, they do, i just got some info in the mail from procharger today. prochargers are internally lubed so u dont have to run a line from the oilpan. the kit for tpi's is 4200. go to the website and request a catalog.

Thanx man.
How much is your 383 costin you? I got an estimate today to bore and kit price. Came out to 150 for bore and 1200 for Eagle rebuild kit and then another 1300 for Edelbrock Alluminum Heads. You? Im also thinking of honing to work for a Procharger down the road.

So far all I got done is the block, it cost me 600.00 but that has been put on the back burner for now since I got in a accident monday and have some bad back pain. I got hit on the interstate by a full size chevy pickup. And it is not my fault.
