Panel Adjustment GFX and fender

I posted a topic a couple of weeks back and did not get any repiles so I thought I would post again and attach some pictures what I am talking about and might get some responses.

I have been putting this off for a while but finally this morning in my spare time I took off the passenger side GFX (Drivers side here in OZ )

My car has been lowered and I am unable to get a trolley jack under the X member so I first have to use the stock jack on the side of the car to raise it up a little and then get the trolley jack under the x member. Then I just use the trolley jack. But when it comes back to lowering the car I have to put the stock jack again under the side of the car after I start lowering the Trolley jack under the x member. The side jack catches it on the way down and then I remove the trolley jack and drop teh car down using the side jack. I never have the side jack holding the wheels off the ground as it puts too much stress on the body.

Anyway to cut it short the stock jack was placed in the wrong position and when someone not mentioning names lowered the trolley jack too fast the car fell on teh stock jack and messed up the GFX alignment and the fender alignment! I was pissed.

The door now rubs on the Fender when you open it not heaps but a little as you can see the fender flexing when u open and shut it. The GFX towards the front of the door is sticking out from the door and is not flush. The GFX starts to stick out about 3/4 from the front of the door. About a 4mm gap is at the peak.

I removed the GFX to inspect what I can do but it looks I cant really do much from what I can tell. So I am posting up some pictures if I would have any chance of repairing this at home or do I need to take it to a shop to fix?

I tried flexing the fender back into a postion that it does not rub on the door. I think I could do that and bolt it in that postion away from the door and give it clearance. But the GFX I had no luck fixing. I tried using a jack against a wall and pushing it back into position without any luck.

What are my options??

The picture with the red box around it is what needs to be pushed in and down by about 5mm each way. What is that part called (SIL PANEL)?

Having taken some time working on the problem looks like I may have been wrong in my first assumption. Looks like the fender is the problem where the GFX mounto to it under the badge. Seems like it is out of shape by a fraction and stopping the GFX from slidding right into the correct position and making it stick out a fraction like in the picture.

I managed to align the fender not to rub on the door so that is fixed. Also looks like I might need to drill some new holes into the fender cause the screws don't line up correctly they are a fraction off.
