or you could pull the a/c vent outa its spot and build a square aluminum box and house the gauges there...just an idea

lol ya i got rid of the phone and the holder thing a long time ago (hated that phone..dont ever buy a C350) anyway ya i wanted to put the pod under the vent orignaly but the pod is some what on an angle and when mounted there is faces down a bit. OOO i just thought of something if i sand down the one side it should sit there fine! i'm gunna try that tomorrow. if it works i am gunna mount it there for sure...that was the orignal plan.
cant believe i did not think of this before...thanks for everyones thoughts i will post pics tomorrow.
oh and thanks for putting time into photochopin one for me.

I wouldn't go with B in my car cause thats where my leg rests when I drive. It also doesn't seem like it would be too easy to see. I'd have to agree with either the dual gauge pillar or FastElectrics' idea.

A and B both disturb me far more in the 'eyes off road' department.. In trying to resolve this in my own setup (need 4 extra gauges in the V6) I'm considering fabricating gauge pods to fit in the free space above the cigarette lighter and headlight switch... perhaps this is an option?

I'm gonna have to say B as well. You should be able to see it through the steering wheel, and I've never hit mine.
EDIT: And just in case you're wondering, I took those pedal covers off a long time ago.
