got a question

on my 92 there is a few tiny spots where the paint is starting to buble and rust under neath, not through though. it is run on the wheel well at the corner and i was wondering if a body shop can sand that down and just pain that area or woiuidl the whole body panel have to be painted. and also how much would a decent paint job on the rear bumber cover cost?

also i have a few questions about my rims. i would like to polish them but im wondering if i can have them sprayed with clear coat. and would this be durable or would it just peel off. also i was wondering how it would look if i painted the grooves in the rims to match the car.

also what abou the rear 1/4 panel. it is bubleing and starting to rust. can a body shop sand down that area and reapaint that area and it would be hard to notice or should the whole body panel be painted

those are the rims i was talking about. On anniversery z28's or maybe it was part of the package and came with RS's too?? But the inlays (grooves) were painted body color, but only on red and white cars i believe. i couldnt find a pictures of it, even though i know i saw a picture on here very recently. Id say about the rust, get the whole panel painted unless the painter can match the paint very good.
