are you looking for reclining, or fixed position, do you want the hole for the sub-belt? for harness's do you want 5 point, or 6 point, do you have a roll bar, or harness bar of some sort?
you need alot more info than what you provided. what is your price range? is this a show car, do you want ones that are available in leather?

1) i don't recomend harness' without a roll bar, it just isn't safe. reason for that , see this thread.

my post is the 9th post, it goes into great detail about the safty aspect of properly mounting harness's, and why it is so important the shoulder belts are properly installed. i personaly beleive that thread should be made a sticky. using harness' imporperly can cost you your life.
2) whats your price range, if you can afford it, Sparco, Momo, Recaro, and Cobra all make great seats, and offer reclinable version pick the style, and look you want, also look at the deminsions of the seats, some are wider than others, find the ones that fit you, they should list what waist sizes the seats are designed for, if you are looking for cheaper, i would look into Corbeau.

i know this might sound a littly ghey, but if you want to get some racing seats for pretty cheap id look at some of the import "*****" websites, ive seen pairs of racing seats go for about 200-300 bucks on ebay too, i got some off the ebay that are simply black memory foam, and a nice pair of RCI harnesses, it serves the asthetic purpose if thats what your going for... my total bill was 380 for both seats and belts..... just my thoughts

for a race harness, theres no safe way to do that.
esp when you look at how the seat itself is mounted.
heck even the OEMs had problems with seat mounted shoulder belts.

on another note, i doubt that setup is NHRA/IHRA/SCCA/NASA/FIA or any other racing body you can think of, legal.
