Kandied, I have the exact same problem and I have that stupid B&M shifter too. I tried everything, I can't get them to work.

Check the sockets themselves. Alot of times the copper contacts will get corroded and won't make contact with the bulb. If they are corroded, scrape it off with a pick or screwdriver and then put dielectric grease in there.

Other than that, check the parking safety switch on the shifter. You said that the relay is clicking, but verify that the input on it is recieving power, and that the output is putting out power. It's possible that the coil is activating like it should within the relay, but it's input or output is dead.

If it's not either of those, start tracing wires

Good luck

And your car is beautiful BTW. I love those new rims

Sorry I don't have any technical assistance here, but I do have blue bulb covers over my reverse lights...and red covers over my tails....it's a temporary thing, till I get the blackout. lol Pics are on the last page of my site:

That is a stupid thing if ya ask me! I mean if ya do it and then get rear ended while trying to back up its only your fault since there are no White lights and the person behind you cant tell if you are backing up. Just common sence to me...

i don't know if i would call it stupid because if it were a show car they should do whatever they like. however i feel it would definately look stupid and on the street your taking a chance of causing an accident which if they found out you changed the color of the lights you would be held liable wether it was your fault or not. not the brightest idea for a street driven car.

Have you checked the switch on the B&M? My rev lights used to go on in drive and not go on in reverse and do weird things but i bent the little metal arm a tad and did some adjusting w/ the shifter and it worked fine. It might be the switch is dead too

Hey Kandied...(kind of off the subject) but you said you have the mega shifter right? Did you use the shift plate that it came with? I'd like to get one for my 91...but I'm not a huge fan of how the shift plate looks that it comes with....just thought I'd ask. Thanks Dude

Start tracking wires, check the copper contacts as mentioned

If those don't work, then let us know...
