spare, jack and black plastic thing below?

Car: 87 Iroc (summer only)
Engine: 5.0 TPI
Transmission: 5 speed
spare, jack and black plastic thing below?
Anyone have a pic of the way the black plastic piece below the spare is supposed to lie? When I removed the spare, it came out and I noticed a tiny hole in the bottom (looks factory, not caused by rust or anything else) and a loose boly. any advice? A big thanks to all the knowledgeable thirdgenners...:hail:

The plastic piece is just a rest for your spare to sit on and not let it move.

Didn't GM include a bottle of "fix a flat" with the spare? I read something like that in my manual.

No can of fix a flat, only a inflation can of CO2 for the compact folding spare.
