Rattle can paint job
I might might be getting a older S-10 truck with a smallblock right now the majority is red but there is a blue fender and i will be changing the box. Could I just say sand the truck down i will be shaving various things (antenna, markers etc) so i doubt i will have much money for paint for a while. So can i sand it down, Primer it rattle can of course and say spray it with rustoleum Flat black? would this last for a year or two with no ill affects? thanks Soule

You might want to get the spay cans with the directional nozzle tip. They look like the others but where the paint comes out it is wrectangular(and movable) whereas the regular cans just have that circular opening where the paint comes out.Instead of th epaint coming out in a circular dot the paint in this can comes out like this,|,a straight line. You can move the wrectangular thingy on the nozzle and it'll spray like this,--. Woah!Check it out, we got the same last name,Soule.
