what kind of paint is right for me?

Transmission: 700R4/4L60 same trans different name
what kind of paint is right for me?

going to be doing my own paint job come spring time

i'm pretty much open to anything, i just need something that doesnt smell much if at all

going to be repainting the car the stock color

enamel?
urethane?
laquer?

which ones are one step?

and which ones are 2 step?


also for the paint types selected what is the best gun to purchase?

or is HVLP the best gun for everything these days?

well from the info the book i just read gave me, an enamal will work the best probably,
not sure of the second question, and yes, HVLP is what you should go for. :lala:

friend of mine order'd the think it was vids and couple books from there and paint'd his mustang, and from he learn'd from the vids and all came out real nice lookin.
