Can't Locate A used Conv. Spoiler

I need a Factory Convertible spoiler (87'-92') for my 89'. I can't seem to locate one. Anybody know where I can find one?

Actually that would be a '88-92 spoiler. 1987 had a unique spoiler. Did you need the center portion only, or do you need the side pieces that are bonded to the car as well?

I wasn't going to mention that part. I don't use such language.

ANYTIME you see a 3rd gen vert in the boneyard, strip it (provided it is too far gone to be restored) . Those parts are getting harder and harder to come by.

the heck of it was the car looked pretty good, minus the engine, transmission seats and doors...

it looked like a theft recovery... then salvaged...

oh well, now I am making you sad... the place was in MtMorris MI, Called AutoCity Salvage... on Dort Hwy might be called Dixie Hwy through there...

Might still be there, of course this place also had a factory fiberglass 82 or 83 Camaro Hood...

Might be what you need

I found this on Ebay. The auction ends in about six days. At the bottom of the auction the guy states that he has two convertibles that he is parting out so if you need something let him know...

Here is the link to the auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33638

The link is to the passenger side piece. Click on the "View Seller's other items to see the other two pieces. This spoiler is already RED!!!!

Good Luck!
