check out this trunk lid they have on a parts car at GM Sports Salvage in San Jose.

Call me crazy, which I am, but if a spoiler were integrated into that hatch I think I'd look kinda of neat. Especially if you run with the whole concept and do a whole kit on the car....have those notches running along the ground effects for continuity....ok I'll stop now.

your crazy.... ....i think ground effects with notches like that as well as a spoiler will be way too overwhelming for the car.

You might be right, spartyon, because I'd never do that to my car. I keep mine 90% stock....but I'm always open to new things and I've seen a lot worse than that hatch.
I think under the guidance of an experienced guy you could turn that car, using the concept established by the hatch, into a pretty sweet looking ride.
