Are ya trying to take the spoiler off? If so, just unbolt it underneath, and slide the whole spoiler foreward and itll come off.

Oh so your talking about the black brackets that hold the plastic clips? Well, your out of luck, because they are part of the window frame. How come your not replacing the spoiler if ya dont mind me askin?

The clips are spotwelded on. You can carefully drill the spots out then break them off with a chisel. That's the way I got mine off anyways. Do this at your own risk, if you're not to skilled with a drill, I wouldn't attempt this.

You can also get them off quite easily with a dremmel and a set of cut off discs. Very little skill required.

The problem with the OEM spoiler is the tendency for the metal slots inside the wing itself, to rust and flake away. Once the wing is off, all you need to do is slide it back onto the black metal clips on the hatch, then pull the whole wing back towards the rear of the car until it cant go any further. Then insert the bolts and tighten.
