Attention those with the ASCD Ram-Air 1 hood

My body shop guy was about to cut the holes in the hood....and found a sticker that says "any modification of this hood voids the warranty".

Now I've seen alot of you guys with the holes cut out. And honestly - that's one of the reasons I bought the hood. Here's my question:

Have any of you with this hood had ANY issues after the holes were cut? I'm tempte to void the warranty on this one....as I don't like the air just ending at the hood.

Also...if anybody has any sort of cold-air or ram-air setup on their ram-air 1 - please post. I'm either going to have to buy a new SLP cold-air kit or the ram-air box for the RAII. I just need some opinions.

Thanks
