Help me choose one of these paint shops

I have 2 paint estimates for my 91 Z28. Please help me choose one. And I'm open to advice as well. All my ground effects, headliner, lights, hood emblum, and panels around door area have been removed already.

Miracle Paint
-----------------
Total $3750

Includes:
Sand and re-prime whole car
Paint outside of whole car including hood, hatch, and door jambs
Color is Datona Blue. Not sure what kind of paint they use.
Flex-additive is used for bumpers.
Wet/color sand/buff is included.
Base/Clearcoat setup
5 year warranty
Align rear hatch and new fiberglass hood
Take out old phone anteana thing on roof, and weld a plate to
cover hole
Take care of some very very minor dents/scratches.

1-Day Paint & Body
------------------------
Total $2130

Includes:
Only re-prime certain areas, but sand off all paint. (They can
re-prime whole car at additional cost)
Paint outside of whole car including hood, hatch, and door jambs
Color is Datona Blue. They use Dupont paint here.
Flex-additive is used for bumpers.
Wet/color sand/buff is included.
Base/Clearcoar setup
5 year warranty
Align rear hatch and new fiberglass hood
Take out old phone anteana thing on roof, and weld a plate to
cover hole.
Take care of some very very minor dents/scratches.

As you can see both quotes include very similar work. Maybe just because of the price of the 1-Day place (which will take 1 week), I'm concerned about the quality of their work. I saw some of their work, but still, maybe just their comparitavely low price scares me. It really shouldn't though. All other places I got quotes at were $4-5000+.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks!!.

In addition, what do you think would cause such a disparity between the two prices? The Mirracle place is in Dublin, CA. This is in the Bay Area. The 1-Day Paint place is in Sacramento, CA. Things, including housing cost a lot less up there.

Could it be the quality of the paint which makes up the price dif?
Or could it be the quality of the work?
Or could it be the location of the shop?
What do you guys think?
Please help me choose one!!
Thanks.

The Labor rates in the Bay Area are a lot higher than Sacramento. Also, if the vehicles original paint is in good condition and is not peeling off, there is no need to re-prime the entire vehicle unless the body is wavy also, the original paint if prepped with 400 grit wet & dry paper provides a good base for the new paint to adhere to.

The quality of paint shops is greatly determined by the workers there. Prepping the vehicle Correctly is the most overlooked part from most paint shops. Every inch of the vehicles surface must be thoroughly sanded for the paint to adhere properly.

The metallic must be sprayed evenly so as not to have any blotches or uneven sparkles and the Clear must be sprayed in gradual layers so as to not move the metallic around or cause puddling which will make the color look darker in the heavyer sprayed areas.

Most customers don't notice these defects because they don't know what to look for. The best thing to do is to call the Better Business Bureau or the Bureau of Automobile Repair to see if they have had any complaints filed.
