making power windows FASTER
anyone know of anything to make them faster?
they are slow, even when new....
best idea ive come up with is to put a small coil in the door and up the voltage to the motor to somthing like 16-20 volts..... also, i might run thicker wires to it if im seeing a big drop going to the motor... esp since i'll be running more amps thru it with the higher voltage....
anyone else have any other ideas?
anyone swap the motor itself for a better elec one?

? I thought that if you upped the voltage with a coil, you lost current - no such thing as a free lunch. maybe putting a stronger motor would be easier, tho.
