Is it worth it?

Well, I found out that the bottom of the car is pretty rusted out. The body is really nice and straight, never repainted. Interior is good, engine runs good, but I am wondering whether or not I should keep it. There are a few holes in the floor pan, and something in the way back right before the bumper is rusted out. I want to make it faster, like in my sig., but I cant with all the rot. What do you think I should do? Keep it and fix it, or sell it and get a new one. If I do sell it, it will be a LONG time, because I am very broke right now. If I try to fix it will it be strong enough to put some power into? I cant decide what to do.

pictures help, the floorpans can be replaced with full length pans from year one, the back area you need to be more specific about, but i'd say it's probably still ok if the floor and bumper are the worst problems you have.

Im still waiting for my year one catalog in the mail. I know pictures would help...but I dont have a digital camera, and film costs too much to develop.(Im flat broke) Has anyone on here replaced floor pans or anything because of rust? Id like to see some pics. I look in magazines and such, but they are mostly rust free california cars, so they dont need to repair rust.
