Should I fix this car or part it out?

Bought it to do a LT1/6spd swap in my Iroc but its in better shape than I thought. It needs a cat back, Pan hard bar and the gas tank is dented to.

Rear bumper:

Quarter panel:

Both quarters have a bend like this and the hatch won't fully shut. It'll latch but its not down all the way so it would have to be pulled out some. The car has a salvage title, so thats a big strike against it. I'm not sure I want to put any more money in it with that title.

Edit: You can see in the rear bumper pic how the hatch won't shut completely.

Way too much. $3500 I had planned on parting everything out but the engine/tranny to get some of my money back. If I fix it, I think I'll have too much money in it with a salvage title.

if i had that trans am I would swap almost everything over to my firebird, dash, seats, console, wheels, drivetrain, the whole thing, then sell the rest.
