Turn signals

I know this is probably a problem thats been gone over again and again but.............. I bought brand new turn signal housings for my 92 camaro from the dealer and now they are getting moisture in them. I know about the service bulletin about this subject though im not sure what it says about it. how do I correct this problem or can I?
