IROC hard top with a little wind..

I recently had the door panels off and adjusted up the windows a little.. they now close really tight. I was astounded when I drove it again and there was still noticeable wind noise at about 50 upwards. I'm thinking it may just be that I'm used to driving my wife's 1999 VW Passat which is dead quiet at any speed (lovely car!) Now I can't remember if the wind niose was as bad originally or it is just the result of the improvement in autos over the years..

My seals are good and the window closes tight. Is it just our cars in general?

Thanks

LOL....try a vert, THEN bitch about wind noise in your hardtop.

My hardtop had more noise than my vert (and the vert needs weatherstripping) but the drivers windows was all sorts of messed up.
