Door and Hinge Removal

Door and Hinge Removal
Ok, I did a search on this, but I have a few more questions. I'll already have the front fenders off, so getting to the bolts should be easier. Just unbolt the door, and pull the wiring through, right? But where is the easiest place to disconnect the wiring? Inside the door, or under the dash somewhere?
If I want to swap hinges, I have to grind off the original welds from the door, but I can just bolt the new hinge on, is that right?
Just want to confirm this stuff, I'm going to be painting my car soon. If anyone has any pictures, that'd be great.

Door removal
I'm swapping doors too- I took the "new" door off at the junkyard by removing the bolts attaching the hinges to the body.
Three bolts behind the fender on top, two? behind fender at bottom and 1 or two behind trim inside car for the bottom hinge. Trouble was- fender was damaged on donor car and I couldn't get the door all the way open so I peeled back the fender some more and used a universal joint socket drive extension to get at the bolts.
I couldn't get the door panel off because the window was up and the battery was gone, so I cut the wires under the dash as long as I could.
Now to get the door on my car:
I'm grinding the rivets for the top hinge and drove out the bottom hinge pin. I got the replacement bushings and bolts from http://www.andyz28.com/
I thought that this might be a easier way than removing the fender (& hood)
And you don't have to weld on new hinges!

Wire removal-POWER MIRROR??
Unplug the power window & power lock wires from behind the door panel. Snake them through the rubber tube from door to car. You will have to take off the trim piece in the footwell and maybe lower dash trim on passenger side.
I don't know where to unhook the power mirror-anyone know where it plugs in??
