k well i got a new overhead consule but i dont no what part this is. its at the bottom of the pic its the cardboard pice. where do i put this? what is it for????

The console in the top of the picture is a ttop console, the one on the bottom is a hard top console. The thing at the bottom I am not quite sure of, but it is not part of the ttop console setup. (It might be a gasket for the hardtop one?) HTH!

 

i got my headliner and roof console out of an 87 hardtop GTA and it had that piece. it goes between the headliner and roof of the car. i don't think it would even fit on a t-top car because it's too wide.

 

ya it is for a hard top does it go up front by the window??

 

i didn't put mine up towards the front. on a headliner for a roof console, there's a square hole (i think) cut out where the dome light would be or somewhere near there and i put mine between the roof and headliner there. Sorry i can't tell you exactly, i'm like 200 miles from my car and I stuck my roof console/headliner in back in december.
