Looking for part number on Wiper arm.

Trying to find the part number on the Wiper/Turn Signal/Cruise Control arm. Mine is destroyed and if anyone can get the part number or know where i can get an exact replacement i would be very happy. It has to have Cruise Control also

Thanks alot, yeah kinda forgot about adding the year in there. Found a wiper switch for a 91-92 camaro on Ebay and it didnt look like what i was looking for, but pic was fuzzy. And again thanks alot!
