88 IROC Front Emblem?

Hey All,

I just got an 88 IROC, and it looks like the front emblem has fallen off over the years.

I've foudn quite a few on ebay, (new in box) but.......

There are several "variants" and I don't know which is the right one for my 88.

My IROC is Black, if that makes any difference.

I'm hoping to get an emblem that has a black background and silver bowtie, or the reverse silver background, black bowtie, as that is my guess as to what would "look right"

I also saw a "gold" emblem (gold background and bowtie) but I think it would look a bit ghetto on my black IROC .

Any suggestions? Can someone give me info on the color scheme of their emblem?

Thanks in advance.

if your talkin about the Camaro emblem on the front then i would think just the standard emblem would be your poison. i have a black '89 Iroc and it just has a regular grey inset emblem on the front. what color are your side graphics? mine are (you guessed it) grey...

Josh,

Yeah, I'm looking for the "standard" front badge. Yeah, you guessed right, my IROC is Black with grey/sliver decals.

Like I said. I think one of the black/grey front emblems would look the most "correct" I just don't know what the "proper" color scheme for the front badge would be for my car.

(I might be adding 4th gen seats and center console, but I want the exterior to be as "correct" as possible.

BTW, Nice ride.... :-) If I can shrink pics of mine down, I'll probably do like everyone else does, and have it in my sig.
