There are a number of custom places and do-it-yourself options. The cheapest method is buy the bulb-type rubber weatherstripping from AutoZone or somewhere similar, and cut it to size as you need it. It usually has adhesive on the backside, but get some RTV gasket/weatherstripping sealant for added protection. Also, if you look around online, you can find places that make pre-sized weatherstripping for doors, hatch, t-tops, felts for the windows, etc etc.
